Seek and You Shall Find: Awakening to the Truth Within

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.

— Matthew 7:7-8

Jesus’ words are simple, yet they hold a depth that can transform the way we live. When He tells us to seek, knock, and ask, He’s not pointing us toward the external world for answers. He’s inviting us inward—to a journey of self-inquiry and spiritual awakening.

We often seek solutions outside ourselves—thinking the right job, relationship, or success will fill the void. But what if the answers we’re looking for are already within us? What if knocking on the door is about opening our hearts to the divine presence that’s been with us all along?

This isn’t a passive process. Seeking requires faith, intention, and courage. It’s about trusting that when we ask, we will receive—not always in the way we expect, but in the way we need.

The kingdom of God is within you, as is the doorway to deeper truth. When you knock, that door will open.

Take a Moment to Reflect:

Take a moment today to ask: What am I seeking? What door within me needs to be opened? Quiet your mind and listen. The answer is waiting for you.
